Questions we often hear
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sonex ERP runs in your web browser on any computer. For things like silent receipt printing, opening the cash drawer or sending prices to a weighing scale, a small optional helper app can be installed on the counter computer.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Yes. That's the whole idea. Start with the module you need most, for example CheqNex, and add AccNex, POSNex or others later. Your customers, suppliers and settings are shared, so nothing is entered twice.
Which banks does CheqNex support?
CheqNex comes with cheque layouts for Sri Lankan banks, and the layout can be fine-tuned for your own cheque leaves and printer. Contact us if your bank's layout isn't listed yet.
Can different branches use the system?
Yes. Each branch works with its own documents, cash and stock, while head office sees everything together.
Is my data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate and is only available to that company's own users, who sign in to their own company address.
Can the system be customised for my business?
Yes. Most needs are covered by settings, print templates, extra fields and custom reports. For special requirements, talk to us about a customisation.
